Originally from South Africa, Renate moved to Switzerland in 2021 and joined Phonak HQ as Training Excellence Manager in 2024. As a Training Excellence Manager, she supports Phonak subject matter experts to craft best practice training materials that make complex audiological topics easy to understand and support clinicians in their day-to-day activities. Renate holds a Master's degree in Communication Pathology (Audiology) from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
