Waren es 2014 \u201enur\u201c 30% der 50 bis 69-J\u00e4hrigen, die ihr Smartphone zumindest selten als Internetzugang genutzt haben, sind es 2016 schon mehr als 50%<sup>1<\/sup>. Die Tendenz ist klar steigend. Wir von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoergeraete-moeckel.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H\u00f6rger\u00e4te M\u00f6ckel<\/a> haben uns daher mit der Frage auseinandergesetzt, wie wir im digitalen Zeitalter unsere bereits bestehenden Kunden nicht nur besser erreichen, sondern sogar noch n\u00e4her an uns binden k\u00f6nnen. Die Idee: die Weiterentwicklung unseres bisherigen gedruckten Kundenhefts hin zu einer mobilen Service-App, mit der die Kunden immer alle wichtigen Informationen auf einen Blick parat haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die App bietet eine Terminfunktion, Ger\u00e4te\u00fcbersicht, Audiogramm sowie verschiedene Services, wie direkte Ansprechpartner oder eine einfache und schnelle Kontaktm\u00f6glichkeit. \u00dcber Push-Benachrichtigungen erhalten die Kunden zudem regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Updates und pers\u00f6nliche Angebote. Die Mitarbeiter in der jeweiligen Filiale k\u00f6nnen den Zugang zur App online freischalten und erm\u00f6glichen so volle Transparenz, eine pers\u00f6nliche Datenverwaltung und schaffen noch mehr pers\u00f6nliche N\u00e4he zum Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Ziel ist es nun, die App bis Ende 2018 in allen dreizehn Filialen einzusetzen und anschlie\u00dfend im Google Play Store und im Apple App Store bereitzustellen \u2013 auch als Whitelabel-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr andere H\u00f6rakustikunternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Fragen zur App oder Interesse an der Whitelabel-L\u00f6sung?
